Hi there! Moving toward personal healing and growth can be hard! I acknowledge client's vulnerability and meet them with compassion and kindness. I’m here to help clients navigate the uncomfortable, difficult, unwanted times in their life. I am a Licensed Master Social Worker with a passion for working with children, adolescents, and adults struggling with anxiety, self doubt, peer or relationship conflict, impulse control, grief, and depression. We all need help sometimes, and I'll be dedicated to being the help clients seek!
Using an authentic and collaborative approach, I prioritize the needs and wants of my clients and act as a companion on their journey, offering support, ideas, and interventions. I use methods of CBT, ACT, IFS, and a person-centered approach. In session, clients will be met with positivity and I will work to highlight client strengths.
