Hi there! I am Ali Janning and I have been practicing in the field of mental and social work for the past 10 years before opening Well Life Therapy Services, LLC. I want to create a space where individuals feel supported and comfortable to explore their own personal strengths and challenges, along with their wellness goals. I aim to meet clients where at they are at, while offering tools and guidance to get them to where they want to be. To live a well life, I feel we need to meet the needs of our mind, body, and relationships. These are areas I often help clients reflect on throughout the course of therapy.
I work with clients experiencing concerns such as: anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, trauma, attachment difficulties, life transitions, parenting challenges, and self-image. I use cognitive behavioral, strengths based, person-centered, and mindfulness based therapy techniques. I am passionate about the connection between nutrition and mental health.
