Using a trauma-informed, neurodivergent and gender-affirming framework I work with young folks ages 10-25 years old to support them in: building coping strategies, communication skills, distress tolerance skills, and finding their own motivation to build a fulfilling and joyful life in the years to come. I have experience working with clients struggling with symptoms of Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, OCD, and school/behavior challenges. I have a wide range of experience working with neurodiverse teens who seek support in developing social skills, executive functioning skills, and building self-esteem.
I understand that the working-relationship between a teen and their therapist is at the center of creating progress towards mental health goals. I value my teen client’s perspectives, interests, internal and external motivators, and lived experience. I work with my client’s and their families to develop treatment goals that suit their individual needs.
