I have had the unique experience of working with ages 4-70+ at Alliance Counseling at Heron Hill, an ecotherapy site offering experiential therapy through engagement with nature. With children, I utilize a child-centered play therapy approach. With teens and adults, I utilize a humanistic and AEDP approach. I offer in-person or virtual visits via Theranest. I have deep faith in our capacity for healing. I am committed to supporting individuals with developing their self-compassion, resilience, and zest for life! I have a certification in ecopsychology, and regularly practice ecotherapy through my workplace. I have completed certification and practice as a Level I AEDP counselor. I am currently training for certification in Child-Centered Play Therapy. I am trained in Therapeutic Life Story Work. I have training in Mindful Self-Compassion.
