When school, peer, or home interactions become challenging, it's sometimes hard for children/adolescents to feel seen and heard. I am here to help your child identify their strengths, create consistent positive coping strategies, and become their own best advocates in every environment. My therapeutic approach centers around creating a safe and comfortable space where we work together to form strategies that will work best for you and your child. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Play Therapy techniques, and Mindfulness with a Person-Centered Approach. I have an extensive background in school-based issues.
My goal is to help your child become their most confident self, promote self-regulation, develop proper boundaries, and give you helpful tools as a caregiver.
