With so many things going on in the world, it is often easy to neglect one's own mental health. Just as the physical health is important, so is the mental health. We provide a safe, private, and non-judgmental space, allowing clients the freedom to express themselves. It also important to understand that enlisting help is a sign of strength as it takes a tough person to admit when they need the support of a mental health professional.
I have worked with a variety of people with special needs for a number of years. In addition to this, I have worked with couples, families, small groups, individuals, and members of the lgbtq+ community. This experience helps me to be more empathetic and compassionate, no matter the issue. It is important that we work together for your overall success.
