Solution-focused progress and empathy are key to a positive experience in therapy. We will process issues at your pace in a safe environment without judgment or shame. Trauma, grief, and life and spouse skills takes many forms which is why therapy is different for each person and not a cookie cutter approach. Our clients are adults of any age that are living in difficult situations, or may not understand behaviors that could be rooted in the past. We will work on these issues together to try and meet your goals.
Pornography and sex issues, marriage, pre-marriage, abusive relationships, cancer, and Christian faith issues and wounding are my specialties. I use a variety of the latest research-based methods and tools for each client as needed. I have Gottman training for marriage issues and sat under some of the top people for pornography addiction and sex training.
I have been counseling since 2004 and have been a Licensed Professional Counselor since 2020. I graduated from Dallas Theological Seminary and also have two masters degrees in counseling and education. Helping others is a passion and of the years of counseling, most were done for free as a ministry to those in need. I count it a privilege to serve others.
