I have a full-time private practice working with individuals, couples, and families. Much of my practice is focused on relationships. I employ a holistic biopsychosocial-spiritual approach to issues including depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, relationship problems, parenting, grief, aging, and coping with the everyday challenges of life.
As a former professional musician and entertainer, I learned that people with the ability to face life's challenges, bounce back from setbacks, and achieve their greatest potential are those who can also acknowledge the humorous aspects of life and appreciate the therapeutic power of humor.
