I practice a modern and relatable approach to therapy and tailor my skills to your specific needs. I integrate affirmation, challenge, humor and a direct and honest approach in my sessions.
In a lot of ways, our earlier adaptations work against us, so changing our habitual patterns of acting and relating to others is effortful and requires a lot of practice. This type of change can be challenging and come at a slow pace, and I honor that in my sessions by working towards building a strong and safe therapeutic relationship.
