For as long as I can remember, I have had a passion for helping and supporting others, which is why I love being a therapist. You as an individual come into my office with your own unique set of challenges, needs, and history. This allows me to really take my time getting to know who you are, what you're looking for, and what will be most helpful to you in our time together. I strive to create a safe space that utilizes a strengths based and non judgmental approach where you feel heard, understood, and more confident as you reach your identified goals at a pace that feels sustainable to you. My goal is to meet you where you're at.
I am currently an LGSW who mostly works with adolescents and adults that experience struggles such anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges (parental, peer, romantic), disordered eating, self esteem issues, trauma, and challenging family dynamics. I work with individuals and encourage support to join as needed.
There is no right or wrong time to seek support and while it may feel like one of the most terrifying and emotional steps you can take, I believe that reaching out for support is one of the strongest steps you take for yourself.
