I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist committed to helping individuals pinpoint and solve emotional, mental and interpersonal problems. I earned a Master in Science in Marriage, Family and Child therapy from the University of Phoenix. My work focuses on targeting ineffective behaviors, habits, and beliefs that interfere with your daily life. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to helping clients reach their goals. I have 9 years of experience working with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss and addiction.
Under the umbrella of a humanistic, existential, and cognitive behavior-based approach, modalities used in treatment include Client Centered Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, CBT, and mindfulness-based interventions. My interest and hobbies include anything out doors: hiking, swimming, exploring, sports (as a spectator), festivals, concerts and so on. My hobbies are all about creating: painting, teaching my self sculpting, reading, and spending time with my family. It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change.
