It can be scary to ask for help but I strive to help clients realize their potential for change and provide support through their journey.
You will find my approach to be warm and encouraging, while also being sensible. A lot of therapy is figuring out what works for each unique individual in their daily life. I use interventions such as Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to determine together as a team how to approach healing.
