I offer compassionate trauma-informed psychotherapy for adults who are struggling with self doubt, feelings of inadequacy, anxiety or simply feel stuck and unfulfilled. I understand these challenges can take a significant toll on your mental and emotional well-being, often causing loneliness, relationship issues and negative self-talk. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences without fear of judgment or criticism. Within this space, I believe each client has their own unique path towards healing and growth and I am here to support you in finding your own way.
I prioritize developing a genuine, authentic connection with you, so that you don't have to face your challenges alone. Together we’ll explore the root causes of your distress, uncover limiting patterns and beliefs and locate pathways to greater freedom and acceptance.
My approach is integrative; drawing on Somatic and Mindfulness based interventions, Relational Psychotherapy and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help you befriend your nervous system and access the networks in your brain that are naturally oriented toward healing. I am an LGBTQ+ competent and Health at Every Size informed therapist.
