I mostly work with young adults experiencing eating disorders, disordered eating, and body image issues. They might use food as a means of maintaining control or experience feelings of guilt, shame, and anxiety around their bodies. In our work together, we’ll confront the thoughts and beliefs that contribute to harmful patterns so you can build a new relationship with food that nourishes your mind, body, and soul. I also work with people who have anxiety, depression, relational issues, and trauma histories. Together, we’ll uncover the root of these issues and identify coping skills for moving forward.
Therapy with me is a collaboration. Whether you’re looking to improve your relationship with food, heal from a negative experience, or manage anxiety, I want you to feel seen and validated during our time together so you can fully show up as yourself.
