Making the decision to face your struggles and navigate through your feelings and emotions shows incredible strength. It takes courage and vulnerability to acknowledge you need support and begin the process of finding a therapist that you feel can be most supportive of your specific needs. Exploring past experiences can be scary and overwhelming, so my goal is to help my clients feel safe and gain a better understanding of their thoughts and feelings. Every journey through treatment is unique, and I believe in a personalized approach that is most beneficial to each of my client’s healing process.
I provide trauma-informed psychotherapy focusing in complex trauma, dissociation, sexual abuse, domestic violence, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem issues. I utilize a combination of trauma-focused methods with a client-centered and strengths-based approach.
I work hard to provide a safe space for my clients to feel heard, validated, and accepted. I believe in the importance of helping each individual feel empowered when making decisions to improve their quality of life, and I strive to form therapeutic relationships with my clients built on respect, trust, honesty, and compassion.
