We are made of many different pieces, similar to a puzzle. I refer to these pieces as our different "modes".
I have studied Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as well as Schema Therapy. In my practice, I assist individuals with identifying the modes that drive thoughts and behaviors. I utilize experiential techniques including imagery work and chair work. This helps to gain a deeper understanding and diminish unhealthy modes while strengthening healthy modes.
