I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with a Masters in Social Work. I work with people of all ages, sexuality, genders, and backgrounds. I particularly enjoy working with children; though I currently work with clients of all ages suffering from anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, those struggling with life transitions, and addictions. With all that's going on in the world today it's easy to become overwhelmed, and it can help to talk with someone outside of your circle.
I have experience working with clients who suffer from self-esteem concerns, suicidal ideations, anxiety, and depression. Everyone deserves to feel at peace and confident in their own lives. I focus on using CBT and psychoeducational approaches to help my clients, and will work with clients to identify alternative approaches if needed.
