Over the last decade, I have worked in outpatient, inpatient, and community case management roles. My approach pulls from multiple modalities. I aim to understand you as a whole experience, not just your symptoms. I primarily utilize EMDR, DBT, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Harm Reduction.
