My approach counseling is to promote hope, healing, contentment, and lasting growth, for the clients I have the privilege of serving. My mission is to provide a safe, nonjudgemental, and empathetic space, to dive deeper into the inevitable ebb and flow of our collective human experience. While at the same time, I'll introduce tools to help you enhance your strengths and uncover your greatest potential to evolve and heal from within. I'll utilize contextual, historical, intersectional, and cross-cultural techniques, in order to uniquely foster sustainable and transformative change to achieve and maintain holistic wellness.
My specialty is to foster the need for a safe space to serve the systematically underserved Black, Indigenous, Minority Peoples’. Promote healing collective and intergenerational trauma and its rippling affects causing anxiety, PTSD, depression, suicidal ideation, and more. I'm EMDR trained and specialize in the affects of transracial adoption.
