I have years of experience providing therapy to adults, adolescents, children, families, and couples in English and Spanish. Depending on the needs of the client, I use a variety of techniques and interventions based in mindfulness practices, solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR, and acceptance and commitment therapy.
