A LCSW and psychotherapist, I am also a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional (PMH-C) and work with adults, adolescents, couples and families. In addition to private practice work, I was a school social worker for almost ten years, and have extensive experience working with adolescents and families.
My intention is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space to talk and explore life experiences. Given that all people are unique and complex, effective therapy is more than applying a one-size-fits-all intervention. As we work together, I will adapt my practice to ensure the most productive and significant therapeutic experience.
