I work from a family systems, relational and Gestalt informed modality, with elements of CBT/DBT. I was trained at Teacher's College, Columbia University, as well as 4 years of post-grad at the Gestalt Center in New York City. Dr. Robert Carter trained me in race relations, the creator of the term "microaggression." Essentially, I offer you a Real Life.
