I enjoy working with kids and young adults who have difficulty managing relationships, school performance decline, increased fighting with parents/siblings, anxiety & depression.
I also have extensive experience working with kids and young adults with special needs and their family support system. From social/life/job skills to sibling rivalry and friends, let me help your child/young adult uncover what’s bothering them and build a plan for managing the many stressors that come their way in a supportive and productive environment.
I have a unique ability to relate to my clients on a personal level. I view therapy as a collaborative process that can lead to growth. My style includes humor (we often laugh together), warmth, and provides a safe space for my clients to feel welcomed, heard and validated. I am a soft spot to land each week.
