As a therapist, I like to use a collaborative approach to help you reach your fullest potential and together, we will form goals that align with your beliefs and values. It is important that while we work together you feel heard and understood. Anxiety and depression can sometimes feel overwhelming and can take up a lot of time and energy. Although it seems like you will live like this forever, it doesn’t have to be that way.
I am a trauma-informed bilingual therapist, and I was trained in multiple modalities adhering to trauma, anxiety, and depressive disorders. My approach is for you to feel heard and to feel that you are in a safe space to talk about your life struggles without being judged.
