I provide Individual therapy and family therapy to adults, teens, and children. I believe in the importance of connecting with clients to build a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship. My mission is to help clients expand their inner strengths and skills to work toward improved emotional health and well-being.
I have been working as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist since 2016. I have helped clients struggling with a variety of issues ranging from everyday life challenges to times of crisis. Some of the areas I specialize in are anxiety, depression, and trauma. I use several evidence based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
