Hello, I appreciate your interest in taking this journey with me! I work with ages 14 and up that are dealing with challenges such as depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, relational difficulties, and many other areas through an integrative approach. I work with clients to manage and process traumatic experiences, adjust their communication, learn and implement boundaries, and so much more! Oftentimes, the areas of change are directly linked to unresolved experiences from our past, we will identify, discuss, set a plan, and follow through the journey to establish a resolution. At this time, I only see clients in NY.
There is no “one size fits all” which allows me to draw from techniques from orientations such as CBT, REBT, person-centered, and psychodynamic therapy to best assist my clients.
