Simply put - life is HARD. Struggling with mental health, difficult life transitions, and feeling "stuck," are part of the human experience. Some of us are neurodiverse. Some of us have had to withstand more trauma than anyone should ever have to. Some of us are natural helpers, that struggle to care for ourselves well. Some of us don't know what's wrong, but we know that there must be more to life. I provide a nonjudgemental space for clients to identify their goals, learn about mental health, practice coping skills, and journey toward the happiest and healthiest version of themselves.
I have been a social worker since 2015 with experience in mental health therapy, juvenile justice, case management, trauma work, anti-human trafficking advocacy, as well as clinical and administrative nonprofit leadership. I have worked extensively to support others through severe anxiety, complex trauma, domestic abuse, depression, and ADHD challenges.
Most importantly - I want my clients to always feel that they can come as they are to therapy. Join me in my office for a cup of coffee (or tea, or an energy drink if that's your thing), and let's team up to discover and uncover the life you've always wanted.
