Having been a part of many psychology research teams at George Mason & George Washington University, I focused on developmental studies, examining parent-child relationships, physiology, couples, & family system analysis. I worked with West Point cadets & military personnel at Fort Belvoir to gain understanding of the military influence on couples.
Modern times have encouraged us to evolve, grow, and open our minds to therapy as a way to improve anything from mindfulness to transforming our lives from the depths of trauma to a renewal, a rebirth.
