I love working with clients who have a hard time making relationships work. They struggle to communicate how they feel or what they need, and find themselves shutting down, blowing up, or self-sabotaging. They may have caused serious harm to someone they love - a spouse, a child, a friend - and are struggling to overcome feelings of shame and failure. They crave close relationships but feel misunderstood and fear no one will ever understand them. Most importantly, they're ready to do the hard work of self-discovery and change
I have significant experience working with individuals who have caused harm to others. Specialty areas include infidelity, anger/aggression, domestic violence, and parents who have lost custody or contact with their children. I frequently work with men who are new to therapy. I also offer Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy to address trauma and depression
