If you find yourself with feelings of guilt/shame, low self esteem, depression, anxiety, low motivation, fear, and hypervigilance it may be time to seek help to allow yourself to reach your full potential and find happiness. I have worked with survivors of domestic abuse (emotional, psychological, and physical), substance abuse, grief and loss, and trauma (childhood or current events). It is important to examine yourself to overcome limiting thoughts, barriers, and behaviors. The goal is connecting with yourself and others to improve your quality of life.
I utilize multiple modalities and use an individual approach to each client tailored to their specific needs. I am personable and work to create a positive trusting relationship with my clients. I am certified as an EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapist through EMDRIA.
