As a Marriage and Family Therapist I create an environment where people feel seen and safe to explore themselves and their relationships with curiosity and compassion. Sometimes we just need a little support in order to rediscover our internal strengths.
I draw on my experience working with children, minoritized populations, families affected by disability, foster and adoptive parenting, and issues of grief and end-of-life, to more deeply understand and support my clients. My goal is to create a safe, inclusive space where individuals of all ages can explore their identities and experiences without judgment.
