I have over 7 years of experience in the mental health field across various settings. I help children and adults navigate their daily stressors and develop skills to become the best version of themselves. My mission is to empower my clients to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.
I apply my skills and knowledge in psychology, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Comprehensive Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, and Psychoeducation to help my clients improve their well-being and navigate through their stressors to be the best version of themselves.
