I believe every client is unique and should be approached on an individual basis. I offer an eclectic approach to ensure I address individual needs. Since one theory does not fit all, I utilize multiple tools from different therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, and person-centered.

My experience includes, but is not limited to, anxiety, depression, relationship/family issues, grief, trauma, self-esteem, women's issues, and life transitions/stress.
