Hi there, my name is Alex and I fit well with those who would like to explore their thoughts, behaviors, and emotions taking a whole-person approach. With a focus on the mind-body connection, feelings of pain, isolation, loneliness, anger, hurt, despair, fear, sadness, anxiety, and more will be explored in the safety of our therapeutic relationship. I focus on how you experience life - when difficult feelings arise, how do you move through your day? I will help bring awareness to your emotions by identifying patterns of thinking and how these feelings are expressing themselves in your body. I am a humanistic therapist, I respect your autonomy, individuality, and emphasize your strengths.
