I work with adolescents and adults, specifically those who are looking for support around experiencing anxiousness in their family dynamics, relationships, and path. As a holistically oriented therapist, I utilize my experience as a hypnotherapist and yoga teacher for twelve years to allow you access to subconscious and somatic integration.
