Hey there, I'm Alex! Thank you for your interest in working with me. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor, and I operate my practice, Well Bee Counseling, from my home in Georgia serving clients remotely in Washington and Louisiana. Client's that have worked with me often sought therapy because they were struggling to sleep, consumed with worry, struggling in relationships (personal and professional) and were fed up with trying to manage their struggles on their own. Additionally, they often have painful events from early in life that effect them deeply. They can be new to therapy or experienced.

I am trained to treat clinical symptoms of early-life trauma, anxiety, OCD, and substance use disorders. I aim to provide a comfortable, thought-provoking space to explore these experiences, and to provide specific strategies to help each client heal. Lastly, I offer clients the chance to choose from different modalities that may suit their learning styles.
I have known many clients with these struggles and feel confident in the methods I use to help give you relief. I have specialized training in Cognitive Processing Therapy, a short-term and highly-effective form of PTSD treatment. I also have training in Exposure Therapy to treat a range of anxiety disorders.
