I have been trained by the Cognitive Behavioral Institute to provide ERP, considered the gold standard treatment for OCD. My passion is also working with individuals who have binge-eating tendencies, body dysmorphia, low self-esteem or social anxiety. We work together to find the underlying triggers and target them directly through psychodynamic work and IFS
My belief is that it is never too late to make positive changes to improve your quality of life.
