I have clinical experience in various settings including individual psychotherapy, psychiatric ER, inpatient psychiatric units, and Personalization Recovery Oriented Services (PROS) program. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology from SUNY Oneonta and my Masters degree in Social Work from Adelphi University. My goal is to aid and support you through maneuvering life stressors and creating change.
