I offer a dynamic and versatile approach that can benefit many different types of clients. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Marriage & Family Therapist and take a holistic mind, body, and spirit approach in my work. In addition to health coaching, yoga, and energetic work, I also provide career coaching, having spent many years working in tech and sales before becoming a therapist. I support clients to explore their potential and gain new insights, perspectives, and tools to move forward. My style has been described as warm, empathic, and empowering while providing honest and direct feedback.
I work from a trauma-informed lens and help individuals who are dealing with issues related to anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, career, self-esteem, and life transitions, to name a few of the reasons why clients choose to work with me. I also provide Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) as an adjunct to talk therapy.
The number one essential element of successful therapy is having a genuine and authentic connection with one's therapist.
