I work very closely with people who suffer from depression, anxiety, obsessive thinking, impulsivity and difficulty navigating interpersonal relationships. I also help people who are in recovery from addiction.
My experience has been that forming a secure and solid alliance with another human being can facilitate great change. Therapy can be a truly transformative process where deep healing can take place, and we can emerge more whole and connected to ourselves and to others.
