Presently specializing in therapy with adolescents and adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, life adjustments, relationship issues, behavioral issues, and trauma. I'm qualified based on my experience working directly with this population and I have received additional training within these areas by undergoing training and supervision with recognized professionals within the field.

I believe in meeting an individual where they are and providing empathetic, evidence-based therapeutic services to assist in developing the skills and ability to achieve goals. I integrate a variety of approaches from Cognitive Behavioral, Solution Focused, EMDR, and Person Centered theories to provide a positive and supportive environment.

Within a non-judgmental and supportive environment, I work to help others grow in insight and awareness of personal strengths in order to assist individuals in achieving their goals.
