Great to meet you! I am a licensed mental health counselor based in New York specializing in individual psychotherapy. I hold a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nyack College. Throughout my career I’ve worked with children and families in a variety of clinical and therapeutic settings. For over 10 years I’ve helped clients grow from striving to thriving using evidence-based tools and interventions.
With a focus on supporting clients navigating anxiety and depression, I employ a collaborative, affirming, trauma-informed approach. My practice incorporates cognitive behavioral techniques and elements of person-centered therapy. If requested by the client, I am also able to incorporate methods of spiritual inner healing from a Christian perspective.
