Therapy is not one-size-fits-all and it’s important to use a treatment model that works for your individual experience and situation. I have training in many treatment modalities including but not limited to CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, IMR, and mindfulness. We will look into automatic thoughts and feelings and how to manage challenging situations.
