I offer a different type of treatment model. But, before we get to that, let’s start here. Hello, my name is Alexandra. I am a licensed psychologist specializing in the assessment and treatment of adults with addiction (chemical and sexual), anxiety, depression, personality disorders, and trauma. In the throes of addiction or turmoil of a personality disorder, you need support both in and outside of the session. If you find yourself feeling paralyzed with anxiety, immobilized with depression, or helpless over your body’s response to trauma . . . you need specialized care. I designed this practice with you in mind.

Trained in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. Certified as a sex addiction therapist (CSAT), personality disorder treatment provider (C-PD), and addictions-informed mental health professional (CAIMHP).
