I aim to create a nurturing, curious, and accepting space where you have the freedom to explore the different parts of your true self. Many of my clients are looking to understand and develop their identity or unpack their experiences with someone they can identify with. I help support clients through life transitions, toxic environments, and existential crises. Together, we will work to grow our capacity for nuance, experience clarity on our needs and desires, and find empowerment to change our circumstances.
One of the hardest parts of therapy is allowing yourself to recognize how your past experiences show up in the present. I help clients get comfortable with who they are, figure out where they want to go, and strategize actions that will improve their overall quality of life. Within my space, clients feel more self acceptance, confidence, and compassion.
Navigating the world when you are impacted by systems of oppression is not easy. Therapy provides you with the space to put down what you have been carrying and begin to understand how you have agency to improve your daily life.
