Serving Wyoming and Colorado, my practice aims to provide healing for the mind, body, and spirit. With the use of evidence based practices and over a decade of experience, we can pursue the positive life changes you are looking for. My approach to counseling includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and EMDR. Together we will create a treatment plan that is client centered, efficient and solution focused. Previous populations served include individuals, children, adolescents, couples, residentially placed, adjudicated, and cognitively impaired.
Much of my previous work has focused on children, adolescents, and families. This has been accomplished through employment with residential treatment facilities, school districts, and private practice. Currently I highlight trauma-informed care and work with many of my clients utilizing EMDR or Internal Family Systems (IFS).
Every counselor is unique, and it is best to find a professional that fits with your personality, style, and needs. Professional qualifications aside, I see myself as adventurous, humorous, and open-minded. In my spare time I like to visit other countries and get outdoors.
