I am a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist focusing on helping you overcome sex addiction, porn addiction, and relationship challenges. I understand that these issues can have a significant impact on your life and relationships, and I am here to provide a safe and nonjudgmental space for you to explore and heal. I also welcome you if your sexual behavior has gotten you in legal trouble, or if you have an attraction to minors. Together we can explore how to best navigate these challenging situations.
I believe in a multi-pronged approach to recovery from this powerful addiction. In my practice, I use a combination of therapeutic modalities to provide effective and holistic treatment. These modalities include Relational Gestalt Therapy, Choice Theory, Internal Family Systems, and 12-step spirituality. When needed, I draw on my life coaching experience.
My goal is to help you regain control of your life, recover from this powerful addiction, and cultivate healthy relationships with yourself and others. I am here to support you every step of the way, providing a confidential, relational and compassionate space where you can find healing, growth and a renewed sense of self.
