I am honored to walk alongside my clients on their journeys of self-discovery. With a background in community-based crisis services, I enjoy integrating creative tools to help my clients build trust in therapy and in themselves. You may be facing a big life change, addressing relationship issues, processing past or present trauma, learning to live with challenges like anxiety or depression, or seeking to more fully understand and align with your values. In therapy, you are the expert on your experiences, and we will journey together towards your goals.
In my work with clients, I integrate attachment theory and cognitive methods with an emphasis on client values. I use narrative tools to support clients as they discover, process, and sometimes rewrite the story of their lives. I work with clients across the lifespan, age 5+, and meet individuals both in person and virtually.
