I strive to provide compassionate care to anyone who wishes to be in therapy. Everyone is deserving of care and support throughout their lives, and I want to be a part of your support system. I enjoy working with people from all different backgrounds, individuals, and couples, but as a queer person, I particularly enjoy working with queer people. I look at the world through the lens of intersectional feminism as well as anti-racism and queer theory, which is reflected in my therapeutic practice. I am in the process of earning my certificate in Gender Affirming Care in order to provide the best care that I can for all of my clients.
I practice from an integrated and collaborative approach, focusing on what works for you, and always noting what doesn’t. I believe it takes getting to know a client to truly know what modalities and theories will work best for them, given their individual circumstances and goals within the therapeutic space.
I want you to feel, supported, safe, and heard throughout your therapeutic journey, no matter what that journey may look like.
