I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, a nationally certified counselor, a certified trauma professional, as well as am becoming a Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapist. I currently work with ages 8 and up struggling with an array of issues such as anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation/self harm, anger, and self esteem.
It can be scary to begin therapy but I do my best to create a safe, non-judgmental, and warm environment, where my clients can freely express themselves and explore their struggles, as we work towards their goals. I focus on helping my clients find effective ways to understand and cope with intense emotions as well as replace maladaptive thought patterns.
